Job Descriptions
1. Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA in alignment with business objectives. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope. 3. Develop and manage master data strategies to ensure data integrity and consistency. 4. Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and system capabilities. 5. Monitor project progress, report on status, and manage risks and issues effectively. 6. Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth operation of the new system. 7. Design and implement business process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, Age 30 years up
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
  3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP/SAP S/4HANA implementations, preferably within the automotive manufacturing sector.
  4. Proven experience in gap analysis and master data management.
  5. Strong knowledge of business processes related to manufacturing and supply chain.
  6. Excellent project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  8. Have skills in communication and interpersonal.
