Job Descriptions
• Manage a team of Service Desk support staff. • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. • Oversee daily operations of the service desk • Policy and Procedure Compliance: • Ensure that Service Desk support processes and procedures align with the customer’s organizational policies and standards. • Streamlined communication: • Act as a key contact point for the customer's management team, handling communication and coordinating responses to ad hoc requests. • Meeting & Reporting: • Participate in the customer's organizational meetings as the service desk representative. • Generate reports on incident **Hybrid work**
Qualifications
  1. Male or Female, 25-35 years of age.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or any related fields.
  3. 3-5 year in Senior & Team Lead service and support of Computer equipment.
  4. Knowledge in Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, MS SQL would be advantage.
  5. Ability to work flexible.
  6. Service-mind and interpersonal skill is a must.
  7. Good communication in English.
  8. Contract 1 Year. (Renewable)
