Job Descriptions
- Responsible for shipment approval, revenue recognition and shipment statistics table preparation, and sales invoice issuance review;
- Responsible for the entry, clearing and CRM settlement of sales receivables;
- Responsible for preparing overseas payment schedules and financial financing schedules;
- Responsible for checking accounts and checking transactions between agents and customers
- Responsible for inventory counting, analysis and other management work;
- Guide agent finance to use the company's information system and collect feedback;
- Cash management, Remittance payments, income of check and banking-related business. Make cash-daily and monthly cash-flow report.Make expense vouchers that cash and bank related business, register cash and bank journal.
- Performs and executes respective Tax activities, including tax return filing, export refund，assist in tax audits and inquiries by tax authorities
- Other assigned tasks or activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Experiences in corporate accounting 1-3 years of relevant experience in closing and consolidated financial reports
- Strong knowledge in accounting principle in IFRS, Thai GAAP (TAS) and tax
- Fluent in Chinese or English communication skills and competent in Microsoft Excel & ERP Experience in Hire Purchase / Leasing business is a must
