Job Descriptions
- Review the customs clearance documents of the prototype, track the transportation status of the prototype, arrange customs clearance and logistics suppliers in advance to prepare for the warehousing of the prototype; - Communicate and control external units such as trailer companies; Review various customs clearance or transportation expenses and provide corresponding expense details to the finance department; - Track vehicle transportation, supervise cargo loading, coordinate and arrange inspection personnel to ensure the safe and timely arrival of goods at the destination warehouse or customer delivery location; - Receive, optimize, and integrate transportation orders; Handle changes in transportation order information to meet customer needs - Handle cargo damage, complaints, and claims, archive various materials and documents. - Responsible for the development and follow-up management of the international annual production, sales, inventory outline, mid-term rolling plan, and monthly sales plan; - Responsible for timely submission and rationality review of the business unit plan, and confirming the accuracy of data; - Responsible for subsidiary prototype application and inventory management, analyzing and improving inventory turnover rate; - Responsible for developing plans for the disposal of overaged and obsolete inventory, and following up on the proper resale to control excess inventory.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Chinese or related fields
  2. Good in Chinese. HSK 5 certificate or higher special consider
  3. Experience at least 1 years about inventory and planning
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and professional demeanor
  5. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines
