Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement localised marketing strategies that drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand awareness. Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt and execute global campaigns at the country level for Thailand, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. In-Store Marketing: Manage in-store marketing materials ensuring flawless execution, including signage, displays, and promotional collateral, to ensure a cohesive brand experience. Plan and execute in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and B2B/2C project streams. Monitor and optimise visual merchandising to align with marketing objectives and enhance the customer shopping experience. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Oversee the development and management of local digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and online advertising. Coordinate with the global BoConcept marketing team to ensure up to date and accurate website information. Track and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI. Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and establish partnerships with local influencers, media, local complimentary brands, and other relevant entities to enhance brand visibility and credibility. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders & external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Provide regular updates on marketing performance, including key metrics such as sales impact, customer acquisition, and ROI.
Qualifications
  1. 3+ years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in a premium or luxury retail brand environment
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email, and content marketing
  4. Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills. Fluent in English language
  5. Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and a passion for design and aesthetics
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects & stakeholders simultaneously
  7. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software
