Job Descriptions

1. Report and prepare documents for submission of the Company's performance report to the Board of Investment 2. Control BOI stock for cover import and balance stock material 3. Manage the loss of raw materials from production 4. Prepare document for submit to BOI such as scrap, RM extension & control 5. Prepare document for submit approve C/O form to customer 6. Control the expense reduction logistic 7. Planing schedule shipment export 8. Control MBO and KPI 9. Prepare annual logistics cost follow BIZ plan & control 10. Support import and export customs clearance processes 11. Support data as request 12. Report and other job as assigned

Qualifications

Male/Female, age 28 - 40 years.
Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
At least 3 years of experience coordinating import-export.
Be diligent, honest, patient, have good human relations, be thorough, disciplined, and punctual.
Know your suppliers From various foreign countries
Good command of English
