Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage the company's financial operations to ensure liquidity and efficient financial resource management. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and various financial reports in accordance with established accounting and financial standards. Manage and oversee the company's accounting system, including auditing and evaluating financial performance. Prepare for internal and external audits to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and laws. Apply ERP and AI technologies in accounting management to enhance operational efficiency. ⦁ 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Oversee financial operations, cash flow, and budgeting. Manage financial capital efficiently. ⦁ Accounting Management Maintain accounting records, manage assets, and ensure compliance with tax laws. Formulate standard capital and analyze financial discrepancies. ⦁ Internal Audit system Management: Align internal audits with external ones, identify system weaknesses, and enhance internal work processes. ⦁ Resource Management : Strategically manage resources to maximize benefits and report on resource utilization within the organization.
Qualifications
  1. Open to all genders, aged 32 to 50 years.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  3. Certification as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is mandatory.
  4. Possesses advanced computer skills in MS Office, Power BI, SAP B1, accounting software, and databases.
  5. Has the ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
  6. Demonstrates proven knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  7. Exhibits high attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Capable of directing and supervising a team.
  9. Possesses the ability to utilize AI in managing accounting tasks, with special consideration.
