Job Descriptions
1. ให้คำปรึกษา ตรวจสอบ แก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดกับการทำงานของระบบที่บริษัทฯ ได้ทำการติดตั้งให้กับทางลูกค้า
2 รับเรื่องและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาทางโทรศัพท์ ทางอีเมล์ onsite service หรือทาง Application ที่บริษัทฯ กำหนดเป็นช่องทางการสื่อสารกับทางลูกค้า
3. ประสานงานกับผู้เชียวชาญ วิศวกรในทีม (Tier2) เพื่อให้การแก้ไขปัญหาลุล่วงสำเร็จ ตามมาตรฐานที่ได้กำหนดกับทางลูกค้า
4. จัดทำรายงาน เอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อประสานงานกับทีมงาน
5. อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีในสาขา วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์,วิทยาศาสตร์ คอมพิวเตอร์ เทคโนโลยีและสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน Support และใช้เครื่องมือต่างๆ
- ทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน, มีความอดทน, สามารถร่วมงานกับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้ดี, สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
