Job Descriptions
- ดูแลระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของบริษัทฯ ให้มีความพร้อมใช้งาน
- บำรุงรักษาระบบโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของบริษัทฯ ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด และ ประสานงานกับVender, Supplier เมื่อมีปัญหา
- สนับสนุน ให้คำปรึกษา และแก้ไขปัญหาทางด้านเทคนิค แก่หน่วยงานให้บริการต่างๆ ในการแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนาระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ เช่น Technical Services และ Customer Services เป็นต้น
- ออกแบบ ติดตั้ง พัฒนา และดูแลรักษาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานระบบสำหรับบริการลูกค้า
- ดูแลตรวจสอบสถานะของโครงสร้างพื้นฐานระบบเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศสำหรับให้บริการลูกค้าของบริษัทฯ
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in computer science or a related field.
- มีประสบกรณ์ ด้าน hardware: server, storage ระดับกลาง และ configure Network: Switch, Firewall, route
