Job Descriptions
- To raise customer satisfaction, maintain good relationship with key persons (Japanese and Thai) of assigned customers
- As contact point with customers, perform customer facing activities related to service operation
- Perform regular / ado-hoc meetings in Japanese/ English
- Work closely with Sales team and Service implementation to catch up latest status of assigned customers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
- At least 2-3 years working experience on sales & account management or administration field.
- Ability to develop an understanding of fundamental client relationship management.
- Business level communication skills in English
- Business level communication skills in Japanese
