Job Descriptions

Working Day: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 17.00 Contract type: Outsource by PRTR - 1 Year (Extension based on performance and Up to Permanent) - Drive the construction site compliance of Occupation health Safety and Environmental - Control construction site compliance of Legal and Tetra Pak Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines - Assist the factory to prevent OHS&E impact from construction site. - Perform factory risk assessment and Environmental Impact Assessment related to construction operation. - Coordinate contractor team, contractor safety officer to ensure OHS&E of construction. - Control permit to work for construction site contractor including Job Safety Analysis - Inspect and monitor the site condition according to OHS&E regulations and permit to work - Perform regularly basis Safety audits for the construction site operation - Responsible for contractor OHS&E training, construction site visitor introduction - Collaborate contractor team for construction site emergency preparedness and perform duties as determined in emergency plan. - Inspect the conditions of construction equipment i.e. scaffolding, mobile crane, MHE, lifting equipment etc. - Perform investigation and analysis of OHS&E accident, near miss related to construction operation. - Gathering OHS&E issues, suggestions and report to superior and drive the improvement plan. - Inspect the readiness of all required safety signs, hazard warning signs and other signs as necessary. - Collaborate contractor team to create and organize safety activities to enhance safety awareness. - Prepare applicable OHS&E report as necessary - Other task according to company policies and supervisor’s assignment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Occupational Health and Safety or Safety Engineering
Certified Safety Officer at the professional level.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in occupational health and safety (OHS) roles, with at least 1 year of experience in construction safety.
Knowledge of construction safety in compliance with international standards, Thai regulations, and relevant requirements.
Knowledge and experience in implementing or maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Ability to lead and manage the OHS&E (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) system at construction sites.
Certification and knowledge of machine inspection for construction operations (e.g., working at height, scaffolding safety, hot work)
Proficient in English communication and skilled in computer programs
