Job Descriptions
1. Contact and identify potential supplier to ensure product pricing specification are met user requirement
2. Issue to purchasing order to supplier
3. Contact and coordinate with relate unites to internal external
4. Maintain relationships with the supplier and contractors
5. Searching the new suppliers and contractors for the compare in product
6. Prepare and keep record supplier and contractor list and concerned information including summarize monthly report
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance , Economic or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience of procurement/strategic sourcing/ category management/contracting
- Experiences in ERP, Indirect /MRO purchase and contracting in manufacturing company or petrochemical business are preferred.
- Good English communication (TOEIC : 550)
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
