Job Descriptions
-To support in multiple RD function including TPL, Packaging and CTI role -Maintain Safety Operation -Operate the Discriminative and Descriptive analysis •To collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate results and insights to internal CTI and RD stakeholders • Daily Operate under Unilever Safety Regulation • Attend Safety training • Report Incident/near miss in kitchen and sensory booths • Conduct the Discriminative and Descriptive analysis with our trained /semi trained panel • Coordinate with TPL/formulator/processing team to deliver testing sample to CTI • Coordinate with Chef team to prepare the soup base for testing • Prepare sample in dish application (Soup) • Build a good relationship with trained panels
Qualifications
  1. Degree+ preferred (others will be considered) in Food related
  2. Good knowledge across a wide range of sensory & product testing techniques including discrimination & descriptive methods
  3. Trained sensory panel leading experience, including descriptive analysis, is essential.
  4. Comfort with key software such as Compusense, FIZZ, SPSS, SIMS, , XLStat, SAS, etc and good practical understanding across a variety of statistical analysis
  5. Good at communication in English
  6. Communication skills with people (40-semi trained panel, 9-highly trained panel)
  7. Problem Solving
  8. Need panel engagement and motivation
  9. Strong collaboration and communication skills
  10. Flexible and adapt to high pressure and workload from fast-paced environment
