Job Descriptions
1. การวางแผนอัตรากำลังคน (Manpower Planning) 2. การสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคลากร (Recruitment & Selection) 3. การจัดสวัสดิการค่าจ้างและเงินเดือน (Compensation & Benefit) รวมถึงวางแผน budget งบประมาณของแผนกด้วย 4. การฝึกอบรมและพัฒนา (Training & Development) 5. การจัดกิจกรรมแรงงานสัมพันธ์ (Employee Relation Activity) 6. เน้นการบริหารอัตรากำลังคน และการทำงบประมาณของพนักงานทั้งองค์กร
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรี หรือ โท สาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์การทำงานในสายโรงงานไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี
  3. มีความรู้เรื่องกฎหมายแรงงานเป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีความรู้การจัดทำเงินเดือน 2 รอบ และสามารถควบคุมพนักงานหลักพันคนได้
  5. มีความสามารถด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ : MS Office , HR Software
  6. มีความสามารถในการประสานงาน การสร้างแรงจูงใจ การทำงานเป็นทีม มีทักษะการนำเสนอ , ภาวะผู้นำสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับการเปลี่ยนแปลง มีทัศนคติที่ดี
  7. สามารถจัดทำระบบการประเมินการปฏิบัติงานแบบวัด Competency และ KPI ได้
