Collaborate with the technical team to propose the best security solutions that meet customer needs.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and documentation for management.
Keep updated on industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in security products such as CCTV, access control, and parking barrier systems.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience in solution-based sales and working with technical products is a plus.
- Strong understanding of CCTV systems, access control products, and parking barrier solutions.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to explain technical products in a way that customers can understand.
- Familiarity with the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
