Job Descriptions
1) Support งาน New Model & Customer Claim
2) จัดทำ PPAP File สำหรับงาน New Model ตามระบบ IATF16949
3) จัดทำเอกสาร New Parts อาทิเช่น Control Plan และ Work Instruction Inspection ร่วมกับ CFT team, Trial New parts
4) Investigation customer claim part and warranty claim and summarize report
5) Follow up all activities and document support 8D report
6) 4M Change management activity ( Customer, Supplier)
Qualifications
- เพศชาย อายุตั้งแต่ 25 ปีขึ้นไป ไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- จบระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรม หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์การทำงานเกี่ยวกับ New Model ตามระบบ IATF16949
- สามารถจัดทำเอกสาร New Parts (Control Plan, WI Inspection)
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ติดตามรายงานผลงานเคลมจากลูกค้า
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ชัดเจน และ ความสามารถในการติดตามประสานงานกับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในโรงงานผลิตชิ้นส่วนยานยนต์ไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ปี
- มีทักษะในการบริหารอารมณ์เมื่อเกิดแรงกดดันในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีความอ่อนน้อมถ่อมตัว มีน้ำใจ และมีพลังบวก
- ไม่แพ้กลิ่นยาง และไม่มีปัญหากับสถานที่ทำงานที่มีความร้อน
