Job Descriptions
• Coordinate outbound shipments, including drafting shipment plans and booking outbound trucks, while ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
• Prioritize and manage documentation related to Thai customs, including preparing and submitting import and export entry documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Oversee the collection and delivery of goods, ensuring drivers load the correct items and receive necessary documentation for smooth transit.
• Release ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) and provide required evidence to meet compliance and customer requirements.
• Monitor and ensure timely arrival and departure of outbound transportation.
• Review and verify inbound container receiving documents to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Update and manage sea freight lead time boards for EU and AS regions to track delivery schedules.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Thai customs regulations and processes to ensure compliance and seamless operations throughout the supply chain.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree or equal by experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in logistics is a plus preferably in dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office package
- Experience in Thai Customs is a big plus
- Experience with ERP package is a plus
