Job Descriptions

1. License Deal Management: • Prepare and manage Deal Memo for various licenses (TV, merchandise, promotion, movie distribution). Oversee Royalty Reports and ensure accurate tracking and payment of royalties. Create and review Sales Reports to monitor the performance of licensed products. Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with licensors and licensees. 2. Approval Process Management: • Guide licensees through the approval process, ensuring that all submissions meet the required guidelines and timelines. Act as the key point of contact between licensors and licensees, providing clear instructions on branding, product usage, and promotional approvals. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and licensing terms. 3. Industry Expertise: Stay updated on trends and developments in the Japanese anime IP industry to enhance Mangosteems' licensing strategy. Work closely with internal team to ensure the seamless execution of licensing deals.

Qualifications

Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing, IP management, or a related field within the media or entertainment industry, particularly with Japanese Anime IP.
Knowledge of Licensing Practices: Strong understanding of licensing deals, royalties, and approvals processes in animation IP industry. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate effectively with licensors and
licensees, with strong relationship management skills. Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple license deals and processes concurrently.
