Customer Service: Assist customers with product inquiries, making personalized recommendations based on their preferences. Sales: Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of- sale system. Product Display & Stock Management: Ensure the shop is well-organized, with merchandise displayed attractively. Regularly restock items as needed. Timeless Art Orders: Handle on-demand printing orders for customers purchasing anime/manga posters, ensuring timely and accurate production. Anime Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest anime/manga trends to assist customers and provide insights into new arrivals. Qualifications

Passion for Anime/Manga: A love for anime, manga, or Japanese pop culture is essential for understanding the customer base.
Retail Experience (preferred): Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required. We provide training.
Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using digital tools for printing orders and managing stock.
Communication Skills: Friendly and approachable, with the ability to build rapport with customers of all ages.
Attention to Detail: Ability to handle cash, maintain stock levels, and ensure product displays are accurate.
