Job Descriptions
1.Plan, implement and supervise the company's financial strategy 2.Hire, train and manage accountants 3.Manage the company's financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets 4.Handle the company's transactions and debts and do cash flow forecasting 5.Perform the company's financial audits 6.Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives 7.Monitor and analyze financial accounting data 8.Create financial reports based on data analysis 9.Completes the regular analysis of Accounts Receivable Aging. 10.Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in business management, Economic, Accounting, Finance
  2. At least 3 years experience as Finance/Accounting manager in automotive industrial
  3. working experience as an Accountant and/or Finance professional
  4. Excellent in English or Chinese
  5. Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting processes
  6. Knowledge of principles and practices of organizing, planning, records management, and budgetary processes
  7. Advanced proficiency in use of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other accounting software
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally
  9. Results-oriented with superior technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Outstanding communication and leadership skills
  11. Strong Background In tax.
