Job Descriptions

- Oversee and manage all aspects of graphic design, including both static and motion graphics. - Collaborate with the team to understand project details and client requirements. - Conceptualize, design, and create visually appealing artwork, layouts, and graphics that effectively communicate the intended message and meet client needs. - Design for various advertising media as assigned. - Provide guidance and consultation on creative design to clients and the team to enhance the value of the work and effectively meet client needs. - Present design work to the team for feedback before presenting ideas and final work to the client. - Revise and refine design details based on client feedback until approval is obtained. - Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts with a specialization in Computer Graphics, Media Design, or a related field.
Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Keynote.
Possesses strong creative thinking skills and a passion for design, able to generate innovative ideas for various internal and external projects.
Skilled in both still and motion graphic design.
Can effectively manage time and deliver projects on schedule.
Strong understanding of branding and advertising across various channels.
Demonstrates strong leadership, enthusiasm, and a high sense of responsibility with a positive attitude towards work.
Stays up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends.
Possesses excellent teamwork skills and can collaborate effectively with other departments.
Effective communicator with the ability to present technical information clearly.
Background in advertising agency or related fields.
