Job Descriptions

- Provide a leadership function within the company’s project and construction management department including leading client discussions and presentations. - Support Operations Director with the delivery of projects, project planning, manning allocations and similar - Act as Senior Project Manager/Project Director for the delivery of projects - Support project teams with the delivery of project works both offices based and onsite as required - Ability to plan and manage core aspects of construction projects including time, cost and quality - Establish and oversee project control systems - Prepare and review project and construction management reports and documents - Support the preparation of Contract documents on behalf of the Client and provide Contractual administration support to clients Manage construction or contractual disputes and their resolution - Support the development of company presentations for marketing purposes - Provide business development to bring new clients and customers to the company - Support the development of company templates, standards and systems - Provide mentoring function to graduates (as required) - Other task following Managing Director/Operations Director requirements or company policy

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields.
More than 10 years of experience in Project Management, Business Process Improvement.
Good English communication, if Chinese communication would be advantage.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Working day : Mon - Fri ( 7.30 - 17.30 )
