Job Descriptions•Collect and analyze data to compare different seasons or specified periods to obtain market data, competitor information, consumer behaviors, target customer data, and market trends for use in the development of annual marketing plans.
•Collaborate with the marketing team, product team, and sales team to prepare the specified and agreed marketing plans. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of these plans, analyze problems and obstacles that impact goals and plans, and provide recommendations to the Marketing Manager and relevant teams.
•Verify data and present improvements and developments in marketing plans, including marketing communications.
•Coordinate and negotiate with partners and collaborators to enhance the efficiency of sales promotion activities.
•Monitor and evaluate sales figures and challenges in achieving sales targets for each branch. Use this information to review marketing plans and make necessary adjustments. Initiate and develop new promotions to support marketing efforts and boost sales volume.
•Collect, maintain, and update customer databases from various branches for member registration, card distribution, SMS messages, and more through CRM strategies and platforms.
•Create reports on various sales promotion activities, dashboards, and CRM programs.
•Conduct surveys on competitors and branches to collect and compile data for analyzing and creating reports on various assigned marketing plans.
•Compile data and reports to support the marketing team, including sales team, product, and online marketing, to develop sales promotion plans and create a positive brand image to drive sales growth.
