Job Descriptions
•Conduct effective technical trainings to manufacturing personnel.
•Work closely with Corporate to ensure the updated training materials have been used at all times.
•Maintain training records in learning management system and ensure the traceability of all training related documents.
•Enhance the training process within different sites to ensure best practices in training have been executed.
•Conduct trainings to reflect ongoing changes and customers' requirements have been met.
•Upkeep the training matrix and work closely with department heads and training personnel to maintain the training records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in related field.
- Experienced in technical training in electronics manufacturing.
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills in both Thai and English.
- Good computer skill in MS.Word, MS.Excel, PowerPoint.
