Job DescriptionsResponsibilities
•Develop and implement both product and marketing strategy and activity plans that align with the company's direction to achieve its goals for responsible brands in both domestic and export markets.
•Lead the understanding of consumer insights and market trends with transforming to be unique brand positioning and impactful communication concepts.
•Deliver NPD with R&D team along with product, price, place and marketing communication.
•Creating product plans and executing new product launches into prospect channels.
•Implement 360 communication plan and liaise with media agency to design and develop communication campaigns and ensure that they are well executed and deliver results as desired.
•Develop advertising materials for each of the promotion/communication including TVC, OOH, POP, Online Artwork etc. Setting timelines and executing marketing activities to meet brand objectives and deadlines.
•Analyze monthly sales and expense to compare with sales target.
•Create product knowledge and train sales team.
•Developing and control marketing budget align with marketing plan.
•Ensure marketing budgets align with actual sales performance to achieve desired profits.
•Handle consumer promotion activities and evaluate result of activities.
•Monitor, analyze, evaluate brand performance parameters against budget, and propose proper solutions.
•Monitor and analyze both domestic and export market trend and competitor’s activity to identify market opportunities for the products.
•Coordinating with the Sales department in the implementation of sales and marketing activities.
•Support team on promotions and brand campaigns to drive engagement.
•Present analytical data to management and sales teams to develop proactive marketing strategies together.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
