Job Descriptions
• Develop and execute product strategies for assigned product lines • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth • Define product specifications and work with R&D to develop new products • Manage product life cycles, including launch, growth, and end-of-life • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches • Track product performance and make recommendations for improvements • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies • Represent Innuscience at industry events and conferences
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Chemical , Microbiology or a related field
  2. 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the personal care industry
  3. Proven track record of successful product launches
  4. Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and product development
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Fluency in Thai and English
