Job Descriptions

1.) Manage and supervise all activities relevant in wareshoue process to ensure that the warehouse output is meet UPH and customer plan 2.) In accordance with the company's policies, ensure the company's property security, information security, operational safety, and personal safety, ensure inventory accuracy, and account records are consistent. 3.) Warehouse improvement, 5S management, discipline, efficiency, quality. 4.) Regularly organize inventory, identify the reasons and responsible persons for inventory discrepancy, inventory loss, damage etc, and validate inventory data. 5.) Use MES to conduct digital management of the warehouse, improve the understanding of the MES system among managers and warehouse managers and apply it to actual work, improve operational efficiency and achieve the concept of digital management for all employees. 6.) Support and collaboration to all departments to meet company's objectives and policy. 7.) Ensure that the warehosue working environment compliance with safety regulations in the factory. 8.) Set up KPIs in Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety to warehouse department to aligh with company target. 9.) Coaching and trainning the warehosue staff to ensure that they follow SOP and meet the performanceexpectation. 10.) Tasks assign by management team.
