Production Supervisor

Job Descriptions
•Managing the production of cheese for customer orders and for stock with maximum benefit from both the plant and the organization and the employees and the production machines
•Set strategic plans at the division level and targets of the production that according to plan.
•Set guidelines for production in line with production formulas. production control conditions, environmental quality management system standards, and others as specified by the Company's policy Including preparing the annual expenditure budget of the production section
•Oversee and manage production operations, including planning for: raw material sourcing, se-mi production planning
•Develop improvements in various production and process-related areas to enhance productivity and sustainably reduce production costs.
•Control and supervise the sequence of production processes
•Ensure that all company’s policies, system (GMP, HACCP, ISO22000), safety, standards, regulations, procedures, work rules, instruction, environment, and requirements are being strictly adhered at all times. Report incidents and non-compliance issue to the management
•Oversee entire operations of the factory to ensure all operations are practiced in appropriate procedures and cost-effective ways with best utilization of resources including machines, materials, and manpower
•Manage and create production standards. and monitor to ensure continuous operation
•Advise workers in the production line to take care of production machinery so that it can work at full efficiency
•Analyze production schedule, customer order and inventory levels to create effective material plans
•Solve problems related to controlling costs, materials, time, production capacity of employees and machinery used in production
•Generate regular reports on planning activities, progress, and outcomes
•Collaborate with Quality Assurance for regulatory compliance
•Collaborate with sales and production teams to understand demand patterns and fluctuations
•Other task as assignment
Qualifications
- Male, aged above 35 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science food engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related
- At least 5 year experience in this position of production
- Experience in the cheese & butter & milk manufacturing industry is preferable
- Experience and knowledge of food safety management, GMP, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO22000:2018, are the advantage.
- Good Knowledge of production planning - manpower and machinery.
- Good command in English
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills, Leadership with service-oriented attitude and building trusted relationships.
- Fast Learning
- High responsibility, good initiative and having strong mindset of continuous improvement to achieve better result.
