Job DescriptionsJob Purpose:
- The QA Chief TH will be responsible for the Overall leadership and direction of the Quality Assurance/Control of product and process in Quality Management System (QMS) of company. The role will ensure the assurance/quality of Incoming raw materials, In-process inspection, finished good products and Production processes to meeting all controlled specification via quality control methods according to business target and company’s ethics, compliance and safety.
4.1 Quality Assurance
- Set of systematic processes that ensure the quality and reliability of a product, process, service, or system.
- Establish and maintain various system standards, procedures, and guidelines to fulfill customer-specific requirements and expectations.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives for any quality issues/customer complaint that arise during the production/quality process.
- Ensure a machine/equipment measuring has Calibrated/Verified that relate to production process or Quality system. Including preventive maintenance program.
- Implement and maintain the ISO system in the Operations department.
- Check and establish details/information of NPI (Blossom system) include create BOM in SAP system.
- Participate/Improvement in Quality system audits (IQA, ISO certification, Customer/Supplier audit).
- Set/maintain of KPIs department and monitor/analyze the gap results to improve for achieve KPIs target. Including summary data report by monthly.
4.2 Quality Control
- Monitoring/Verify specification of products/raw materials that relate to customer requirements or technical service require.
- Inspect and analyze of the Incoming, In-process and Final inspection of raw material, products and packaging to relate of specification/requirement from customer.
- Record/maintain and review/update the ISO document and analyze in SPC tools for improved the process.
- Recheck all RM/FG status (MFG/EXP date) in inventory storage of All areas. If it is found that RM/FG expired, let’s take action by following the standard method.
- Review/Update the ISO documents (Procedure, WI, Form) of Quality function.
- Work closely with other departments to align new products, new raw materials, or new processes (MOC procedure).
4.3 Meeting Customer Needs and Achieving Business Objectives
- Ensure QA/QC support the company's strategic goals and business objectives, Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and customer satisfaction.
4.4 Safety Practices Supporting.
- Stay up to date with safety regulations and ensure the plant’s operations are fully compliant with local, state, and federal safety laws.
- Participate in investigations into any safety incidents to understand root causes and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
