Job DescriptionsHelp facilitate transactions for customers, ensure that our customers have the best experience possible when they need help, have a question, or provide feedback
Respond to customer queries in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism and in accordance with company policies/guidelines
Regularly report Operations Manager, and coordinate with internal teams on incidences
Work with customer service and other internal teams to help resolve trading-related issues
Constantly look for ways to improve our customer service and handle the process support
Prepare reports for customers regarding their assets and trades
Contribute to the improvement of operations policy
Analyze suspicious trading activities
Identify potential market opportunities and risks and report the issues to Operations Manager
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, economics, art communications or any related field of study
- Business and operational experience, preferably in banking
- Attentive to detail with excellent communication skills and patience
- Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly and effectively
- Cooperative with strong team spirit
- Confident verbal communication and polished written communication in Thai & English
- Experience with different channels of support, including voice, email, and chat on Social Media platforms
- Must work within defined shift hours and participate in an on-call rotation, as required by the business
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization
- Capable of working under pressure
