Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities: Manage and control for overall in moulding , tooling, machine , set up. Monitor and analyze the process capability and yield during trial run or validation. Able to read and understand the drawings well Able to use measuring tools such as vernier or dial gauge Handle process improvement for ultimate yield & quality, less scrap and cycle time. Define problem description, root-cause analysis, corrective action and preventive actions Create continuous improvement proposal to increase productivity, quality and availability. Coordinate with other personnel' concerning process activities.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgy, Mechanics, Manufacturing, Industry or other related fields.
  2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in Tooling and Die Engineer.
  3. Experience in Automotive would be an advantage.
  4. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  5. Good analytical skill & able to work under pressure.
  6. Good team player & coordinator among teams.
  7. Active working style with result oriented.
