Job Descriptions
1. Handle and support ASAP on End of day, End of month and Batch process.
2. Monitor and control interactive and batch job on process.
3. Handle vendor to operate AS400 system.
4. Investigate system error and analysis on production problems
5. Coordinate and support related team for any problem or request.
6. Review impact before implementing new application and preparing for support.
7. Analyze the problem and Coordinate with the related team for improvement.
8. Provide report in the related area.
9. Hybrid working.
Qualifications
- มีความรู้และทักษะสำหรับ AS/400 Operations ตั้งแต่ 2-10 ปี
- มีความรู้ในการใช้โปรแกรม MS Office
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและเจรจาต่อรอง
