Job Descriptions

-Supervises all daily activities of the Maintenance Department through subordinates to ensure completion of assigned projects that will minimize machine downtime. -Creates and manages all preventive maintenance plans for machinery -Manages the budget for the maintenance of equipment -Supervises the spare parts inventory, optimizing budget allocations, and ensuring timely replacement of components to support the maintenance system. -Analyzes and summarizing data, reporting findings to superiors, and proposing corrective action methods. -Assist in maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment. -Definiens the planning of calibration activities and ensuring that all equipment is calibrated following the yearly plan -Manages the calibration activities with the concerned departments and subcontractors

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/ Higher Vocational Certificate of Engineering majored in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or relate field.
At least 1-5 years of experience in maintenance and improvement in manufacturing.
Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Must have knowledge of quality control and production techniques, equipment, tooling, and processes.
