Job Descriptions

- Responsible for assigning Work Breakdown Structure of Investment Budget in SAP and e-AR system. - Responsible for maintaining a details list of each Investment Budget in SAP and e-AR system.. - Responsible for controlling the Investment Budget. - Responsible for preparing Investment Budget Report. - Handle Fixed Asset scrap activity. Job Responsibilities - Verify e-AR Investment and e-AR Asset Write-off transactions, and act as an operator providing initial information to users regarding e-AR processes. - Review the release, supplement, and return of budget in SAP and e-AR systems. - Prepare the "Investment Result" report and supporting presentation materials. - Oversee the retirement of assets in the SAP system and prepare, track, and file documents related to asset disposal.

Qualifications

Female, Male
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economic. (B.Acc. /B.B.A. /B.Econ.)
New graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in an accounting function
Good command of both spoken and written in English
Good command in Microsoft office (excel, word, power point), SAP
Good interpersonal skill and can handle multitask
