- ออกแบบบ้านเพื่อการขายและทำ Perspective
- เขียนแบบยื่นอนุญาต เขียนแบบก่อสร้างบ้าน
- คุยรับโจทย์งานกับทางลูกค้า
- ทำ Shop Praning ของก่อสร้าง
- ออกแบบ คํานวณแบบ เลือกวัสดุที่มีคุณภาพเหมาะสม
Qualifications
- อายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป คณะสถาปัตยกรรมศาสตร์ สถาปัตยกรรมหลัก หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ใช้โปรแกรม Sketchup และ Autocad ได้ดี
- มีระเบียบวินัย เข้าใจถึงการบริหารธุรกิจ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี ให้ความร่วมมือกับทีมงาน สามารถทํางานเป็นทีมได้ดี
- มีใบอนุญาตขับรถ+มีรถยนต์+มีใบขับขี่ และสามารถขับรถยนต์ได้ (สามารถเบิกค่าน้ำมันได้)
- สามารถคุยรับโจทย์งานกับทางลูกค้าได้
