Job Descriptions

● Supervise the operation of both the front and back of the restaurant to ensure that all operation runs smoothly. ● Supervise and schedule employees' attendance and ensure smooth work as well as oversee training process for new employees. ● Control and optimize the budget arranged specifically for store management. ● Manage customer table reservations and listen to customer requests or welcome special guests. ● Supervise the procurement of in-store raw ingredients and equipment, as well as coordinate with the purchasing department and manufacturers. ● Oversee the basic safety in the restaurant space.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism or relevant.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of working in the restaurant or food and beverage service, preferably in a multinational company or a large-scale organization.
Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of basic computer software.
Language Skills: Excellent command of Thai and English.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing a team. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
Experience in food and beverage service in a multinational corporation.
Familiarity with the restaurant standards and practices specific to the industry in which the company operates.
