Job Descriptions
-Active in ensuring intermediate products quality, and finished goods quality are met before passing to other work processes and providing all the work processes are completed and meet the operation standards at each checkpoint. Organize quality control activities and manage a team to achieve a quality plan and improve the QC process. -Responsibilities: 1.To monitor and control the quality of raw materials, packaging, and intermediate products. 2.To define and check critical points of machines and working processes. 3.To gather and analyze quality data using QC tools. 4.To issue, record, traceback, and follow up on all nonconformity product cases. 5.To trace back and analyze the root causes of quality problems. 6.To propose new work processes or procedures to prevent quality problems. 7.To participate in developing and implementing operation standards. 8.To manage team and team performance to achieve the Quality Control unit’s objectives.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Tech, Microbiology, or related fields.
  2. Good knowledge of GHPs, HACCP, BRCGS, and/or equivalent Quality Assurance Systems.
  3. Quality Focus.
  4. Good team player.
  5. Strong interpersonal, management, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Computer literacy; Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  7. Computer literacy; Proficiency in MS Office programs.
  8. **If you have worked in a food factory before (special consideration)
