Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities: • Production Planning and Scheduling: • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and demand forecasts • Optimize production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs • Operations Management: • Supervise and coordinate production operations, including raw material procurement, equipment maintenance, and quality control • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations • Monitor production metrics and identify areas for improvement • Quality Control: • Establish and implement quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality chemicals • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with industry standards and customer specifications • Equipment Management: • Manage and maintain production equipment, including regular inspections, repairs, and upgrades • Implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance • Team Leadership: • Lead and motivate a team of production operators and technicians • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance • Customer Service: • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and ensure timely delivery of products • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to production issues • Continuous Improvement: • Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction • Implement lean manufacturing principles and other improvement initiatives
