Job Description (Short Version):
We are seeking an HR Recruitment and Development Manager to lead talent acquisition and employee development efforts while enhancing HR processes to support the company’s growth. Responsibilities:
1. Lead recruitment efforts to ensure positions are filled within 30 days, with a focus on recruiting the right fit for the company's culture and values.
2. Develop and implement employee training programs focused on career advancement, skill enhancement, and performance engagement.
3. Serve as a consultant for employees at all levels—from workers to managers—providing guidance and support on HR-related issues.
4. Investigate employee concerns or conflicts and provide effective solutions to promote a positive work environment.
5. Maintain a Happy Employee Index of 90% through proactive engagement initiatives and addressing employee concerns.
6. Monitor and increase the probation success rate to 80% by ensuring effective onboarding and employee support during the probationary period.
7. Collaborate with department heads to assess staffing needs and create tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
