Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities;
1.Manage clients’ data and project progression data.
2.Be company center of sales information and sales presentation for internal and external.
3.Initiate, communicate, coordinate sales with clients and interface internally to ensure work related achievement.
4.Monitor and measure key performance indicators to evaluate target achievement
5.Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
6.Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability.
7.Identifying and coordinating a proposal team with the relevant service / product / knowledge required to obtain a contract.
8.Plan, produce and deliver compliant proposals within a complex business environment.
9.Preparation of draft schedules and draft cost budgets, facilitating proposal review meetings / final document review, coordinating proposal governance / sign off, proposal document production and delivery of the completed proposal within customer defined timeframes
10.Coordination and editing proposal input from all stakeholders, typically involving contributions from engineering, production / fabrication, QA-QC, finance, commercial, legal and logistics
11.Co-ordination and production of proposals in response to ITB / RFQ
12.Follow up bidding result and analyze data to develop proposal strategy
13.Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
14.Draft contractual provisions based on strategy discussions, senior management input, and organizational needs and expectations.
15.Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
