Job Descriptions1. Perform all procurement activities, including sourcing, prequalifying, negotiating supplier agreements, preparing contracts, and managing bids.
2. Request quotes and requisitions for production materials
3. Compare and evaluate supplier quotes
4. Negotiate contract terms and pricing
5. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
6. Review the quality of purchased products
7. Enter order details (e.g., supplier, quantity, price) into an internal database
8. Maintain up-to-date records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
9. Prepare procurement reports, including cost analysis
10. Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
11. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
12. Attend trade shows and expos to stay updated on industry trends
