Job Descriptions- Provide consultation talent management and succession planning processes, performance management contribution and career development to all levels
- Works alongside the top management to provide HR consultancy and implementation
- Builds the HR team to develop and deliver HR strategies and practices to meet business objectives
- Ensures the administration of recruitment/ retention, employee’s confidentiality, organizational development, employee training and development and completion of required training plans
- Oversees all HR functions emphasizing on Performance Management both HRM and HRD, Evaluation system Compensation and benefits
Qualifications - Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
- Minimum 5 years experiences in overall HR operations
- Good communication in English by speaking, listening, writing and reading
- Experiences in managing overall HR area, i.e. performance management, compensation and benefits recruitment and manpower planning, training and development
- Experiences in labor laws; dealing with disciplinary, misconduct and any labor issues
- Able to relocate and come to work by your own car.
