Job Descriptions

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES : 1. Plan the preventive maintenance program. 1.1 Plan the human resources to support preventive maintenance scheduled 1.2 Establish relationship and interfaces required with other department. 1.3 Plan and recommend for the smooth build of new equipment with support group. 2. Provide the necessary technical training to subordinates. 3. Provide & ensure the proper working environment, safety and good housekeeping 4. Machine and equipment improvement program implement and monitor. 5. Cost reduction program implement and monitoring 6. Plan and develop or upgrade equipment to improve equipment performance. 7. Co-operate with other departments in equipment issued. 8. Source a new equipment or machine for production performance improvement. 9. TPM program implementation and maintained.
