Job Descriptions
- จัดทำและดูแลเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานธุรการและจัดซื้อ
- สรรหาและคัดเลือกผู้จำหน่ายสินค้าที่เหมาะสม
- จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Order) และติดตามการส่งมอบสินค้า
- เจรจาต่อรองราคาสินค้าและเงื่อนไขการซื้อขายกับผู้จำหน่าย
- ดูแลและจัดการการเบิกจ่ายวัสดุสำนักงาน และอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารการสั่งซื้อและการรับสินค้า
- ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆในองค์กรเพื่อสนับสนุนงานธุรการและการจัดซื้อ
Qualifications
- อายุ 22 - 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. สาขาการจัดการธุรกิจ การบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความขยัน อดทน ซื่อสัตย์
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการประสานงานที่ดี
- มีความชำนาญในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถจัดการงานเอกสารได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
