1. Be the product owner in planning sales strategies. To develop the business and achieve the company's sales goals.
2. Responsible for selling the company's products and services to current and new customers to achieve the company's goals.
3. Manage Sales and CS team to perform tasks according to the activities, such as Cold Calls, Sending introductory emails, Sending general information, Making Appointments with customers to Visit and Present, Qualifying leads, Follow-up cases, etc.
4. Prepare information (analysis) for customers to present products and present appropriate solutions.
5. Be a lead when meeting the clients, collect requirements, and discuss with the IT team for functional development.
6. Participate in preparing sales materials for presenting products and services, make a quotation and various documents.
7. Represent in Sales and IT activities on occasions such as Events, Booth shows, or Various Workshops.
8. Develop comprehensive sales, and find opportunities to sell products by joining with parties.
9. Visit potential clients, Pre-sales, Demo, and After-sales service for all clients.
Part of Customer Service
1. Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships.
2. Be the Level 1 Support for customers in using the system, advising on how to use it and receiving cases when problems arise.
3. Be a coordinator between clients and the relevant team.
Help verify initial issues and provide recommendations if possible / refer cases to internal teams if it needs to be resolved.
4. Responsible for Monitoring, Follow up on the status of the case and inform customers of progress.
5. Responsible for logging cases that users report through various channels.
6. Responsible for issuing quarterly or annual case summary reports to customers.
