Job Descriptions
Help end-user in global scale for IT troubleshooting.
Monitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved and Fix problems as SLA,KPI require.
Be a point of contact for customers, handle inquiries via phone and email.
To do the Ticket Log in the system.
Problem analysis and troubleshooting computer day-to-day problem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related fields
- ้Have experience in IT Service Desk or any related IT field.
- Minimum 1 Years of experience in IT Support Global.
- Ticket Management concept.
- Monitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved and Fix problems as SLA, KPI require.
- Good English both speaking and writing.
- Communication skill.
- To handle and solve the problem of user.
