Job Descriptions

•Plan and execute sales strategies for retort products (shelf-stable food products sterilized through heat and pressure) to meet the sales targets set by the company. •Analyze the market and identify new sales opportunities to expand both domestic and international markets. •Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. •Coordinate with the marketing, production, and product development teams to support sales efforts. •Monitor market trends for retort products and provide insights to management. •Report sales performance and issues to the sales and marketing director regularly.

Qualifications

Fluent in English only or both English and Chinese
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in the food industry or retort products.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze market data and experience working with international clients is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Knowledge of retort production processes and food safety requirements is preferred.
Able to work in Amphoe Muang, Songkhla.
Able to work on every other Saturday
