Job Descriptions

- Directing and controlling all operations of the branch to align with Sime Darby’s Thailand Vision - Implementation and management of the dealership strategic plan and direction to exceed the budgeted operating profit. - Achieving principals and company’s targets and objectives. - Regularly assessing the performance of each department and ensure that budgets are met. - Ensure high customer satisfaction and high customer retention rate. - Develop positive relationship with principals. - Compiling, evaluating, and analyzing management reports for head office on a regular basis. - Introducing and implementing corrective measures to rectify any shortfalls in operating results.

Qualifications

At least five years’ experience as a General Manager / Senior Manager / Branch Manager.
A proven track record of managing people.
Good communicator and strong negotiator.
Willing to go extra mile for team, customers, and the business.
Able to communicate well in English and Chinese.
