- Confirm Order จากหน่วยงานพัฒนาธุรกิจหรือหน่วยงานขาย เพื่อส่งให้ supplier ต่างประเทศในการสั่งสินค้า - ติดตามสินค้าให้ถึงบริษัทตรงตามจำนวน ทันเวลาและคุณภาพที่ต้องการ พร้อมทั้งแก้ปัญหาและติดตามการแก้ไขจากผู้ขายในกรณีสินค้าชำรุดเสียหาย - ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสาร, การรับเข้าค่าใช้จ่าย - วิเคราะห์ ต่อรองราคา ประเมิน Supplier - จัดทำรายงานสถานะการสั่งซื้อสินค้าในแต่ละเดือนให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
  2. มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี ขึ้นไป (หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมผลิตจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  3. มีทักษะด้านการนำเสนอ มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี เป็นคนรุ่นใหม่ ซื่อสัตย์ ขยัน อดทน
  4. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ทั่วไปได้ดี คล่องแคล่ว (หากเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
