Job Descriptions
1. Manage and oversea the daily operation of the accounting department. 2. Review cash flow and liquidity forecasting by monitoring bank balance and cash requirements. 3. Hand on month end closing and reporting activities 4. Continuous efforts to make process for month end reporting, forecast and result analysis more concise. 5. Partner with regional and corporate function to ensure the accurate and timely execution of accounting, Credit, Tax 6. Establish the process for accurate, periodic reporting of Depots within the business unit. 7. Regulatory report submission to revenue department. 8. Have experience to work under Bonded warehouse and reporting. 9. Ensure Financial information and reporting are complied with Thai and international accounting standards regulatory framework. 10. Collaborating with management and cross functional team on complex accounting issues. 11. Submit monthly rolling forecast and cash flow forecast to regional team. 12. Prepare ad-hoc reports & analysis using company financial reporting tools and system as required by regional manager. 13.Determine the organizational finance capacity, constraints to discuss and finalize the departmental and organizational budgets with relevant people and report it to regional team. 14. Support team development by providing opportunities and coaching to the team with ongoing appreciative @ constructive feedback.
Qualifications
  1. Age 35-50 years
  2. Bachelor's degree in Account
  3. Have experience at least 10 years in Finance & Accounting
  4. 5 years in management as assistant or manager has subordinate under control.
  5. Proactive on month end closing activities, forecast and group packages.
  6. Computer skill
  7. Conversation middle - English
  8. Experience with service industry would be advantage.
  9. Demonstrate ability to manage and complete multiple and diverse activities within is preferable.
  10. Bonded warehouse knowledge is preferable.
